There are numerous applications of Dexciss IoT, viz. our devices can be connected to plant equipment and can tell you when the machine needs a tooling operation, whether it was properly setup or not. We can also stop a machine if it was not setup properly to prevent hazards and/or poor quality production.

Infrared Object Counter
The infrared object counter is an Infrared Proximity Sensor based counter which counts objects in its proximity. This module can be used for counting objects on a conveyor, counting people on a queue, counting the productions or operations using a press, etc. It can be connected using an Ethernet cable or using WIFI. This module can send the counts to a central server so that the press or conveyor counts can be tracked and the production can be monitored in real time.
These modules are simple small devices which when deployed, can monitor the temperature of any room or a storage box and broadcast the data to the central server so that the user can monitor the temperature on a dashboard without going to the exact location.
Temperature and Humidity Sensors
These modules are similar to the Temperature Sensor modules. However, it does one more thing, which is sense the Humidity of the desired room and sends the data to the central server and displays the data on the dashboard.
These modules can be used for user authentication for entry, attendance systems, tracking inventory and more. This module can send the RFID card or tags data to the central server and any desired operation can be triggered from the server.
This is our flagship technology. This module can help machines to speak to you about their health. The device monitors the machine pulses and sends the data to the server as well as displays it on the main unit. Based on the readings, a user can easily lower down the stop losses of the business due to machine failures. In short, we can predict the machine failures and raise repair alarm before they break down.
Overall Equipment Efficiency is measured by various devices working together with S.I.M.P.L.E. We collect Performance loss, Quality Loss, and Availability loss through our devices in conjunction with S.I.M.P.L.E. and display real-time statistics of OEE
Capacity & Utilization
Based on the scheduled availability and actual usage data collected from the Workcenter heartbeat, we are capable of reporting the available capacity vs actual usage. This makes S.I.M.P.L.E. more intelligent and can suggest better schedules.
